| Summary: | At the outset, the current maintenance situation in the company was diagnosed to determine the best procedures required on the machines. A list of equipment that took into account its criticality was elaborated; maintenance formats, technical files, job applications and machine resumes were also designed. These formats were used as support for fault diagnosis and equipment criticality. The AMEF formats were also developed to determine the best systematic program for inspection, cleaning and equipment adjustments. After the data collection, all the information necessary to put the program into operation has been modified. Analyzing all the information collected and the formats designed, a schedule of the maintenance plan was created and the strategies for the consolidation and the sustainability of the project were developed, finally the financial evaluation of the project was realized. |
