| Summary: | This document will be held at the premises of the Company Procolpartes LTDA, in the year 2016; and has the order to identify the current state of the Organization and establish possible improvements and strategies that will adjust the structure, processes and the organization of it. ; This document different tools of engineering and DOFA matrix, EFE matrix, POAM matrix, time studies, process diagram, man-machine diagram, process map, among others were applied; In order to identify potential opportunities, analyzing all organizational and operational aspects so that it could develop possible solutions; Within the period of the year 2016, I managed to get the results process optimization, cost reduction implementation times and good production and business practices that manage to favor the Company: corporate and human quality aspects; get benefit of achieving the economic organization. |
