| Summary: | In this work a proposal plan to implement a quality management system is presented, based on the international standard ISO 9001:2015, for the company: "Proveedora Agro Comercial S.A.S (PAC S.A.S)", who markets and produces veterinary pharmaceutical products, which is the reason why it considers the quality as a requirement to stay and increase its market participation. The company intends to offer to the customers an effective service, that at the same time fulfill with all the market demands, highlighting the animal quality life. |
