La importancia de la productividad como componente de la competitividad

Today when participating in international markets concerned, it has become commonplace to say that “have to be competitive. “But what is to be competitive? According to the Global Competitiveness Report 2010- 2011. “Competitiveness is the set of institutions, policies and factors that determine the level of productivity of a country”. In this article, it is highlight the variable productivity like an analytical reference for competitiveness, under the argument that study its behavior is a good approximation to the competitive state of the national industries subsector; express in other terms, the development of productivity leads to be competitive, hence in the formulation of public policy, are always associated the two categories. Mincomercio 2000-2010. “National Policy productivity and competitiveness” With data, supports some of the considered structural limits for the productivity increase in Colombia, It is important to cite the structure productive by the size of the companies.
