For this reason, the master plan is proposed under four important strategies: social, environmental, productive and improve the infrastructure to recover the fabric of the area. Evidence of the problems focuses the partial plan in the social sphere dealing with the reconciliation of indigenous and peasant communities, under the theory of the intersection of sets where common elements such as the river, and the ideal of being self-sufficient joins these two cultures to achieve a reconstruction of the community, concentrated all in the reconciliation node located in the middle of the proposal , where the projects that seek to achieve territories of peace are located, rescuing cultural identity through an exchange of knowledge and generating social interaction, preventing more segregation because of this meeting place. All these objectives are directed to work on the Children's Development Educational Park project because of the need for cultural survival since early childhood erasing negative memoriesEl área de trabajo se encuentra en Colombia, en el departamento del Guaviare, donde se va a trabajar con sus cuatro cabeceras municipales, teniendo en cuenta que es una zona con mucho potencial y con gran diversidad en su estructura ecológica, pero que está afectada en el aspecto social. Por esta razón se plantea el plan maestro bajo cuatro estrategias importantes: social, ambiental, productiva y mejorar la infraestructura para recuperar el tejido de la zona. Evidenciando las problemáticas se enfoca el plan parcial en el ámbito social tratando la reconciliación de las comunidades indígenas y campesinas, bajo la teoría de la intersección de conjuntos donde los elementos en común como el rio, y el ideal de ser autosuficientes une a estas dos culturas para lograr una reconstrucción de la comunidad, concentrado todo en el nodo de reconciliación ubicado en el intermedio de la propuesta, en donde se encuentran los proyectos que buscan lograr territorios de paz, rescatando la identidad cultural a través de un intercambio de conocimientos y generando una interacción social, evitando que exista más segregación a causa de este lugar de encuentro.
