| Summary: | In this dissertation, the design of a preventive maintenance plan for the machine and tool workshop of the University of America is proposed. This project seeks to provide a structured and specific maintenance plan for the machinery established to date. Additionally, this project serves to show in future classes the correct way to establish a maintenance plan or maintenance route on specific machinery, whether in the plant or workshops. This project seeks to comply with the correct preventive maintenance that the lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, milling drills, endless saw, welding cabin and workbench with the 6 presses must have. In this work, it is proposed to structure a maintenance plan for each piece of equipment, emphasizing some general aspects: checklist, pre-start of operations, completion of operations and maintenance interventions, their respective notes or recommendations for their next operation, cleaning and lubrication of each machine in its corresponding case. |
