Summary:The purpose of this research is to identify the type of leadership that strengthens the development of strategies for the empowerment of leaders and workers, generating progress of human talent in the Construction Companies, from the theories of leadership, the types of leaders and the outstanding leadership used nowadays. It will begin with a literature review, comparative and concerted definitions of leadership. The result will show a list of strategies aimed at strengthening the empowerment required by an integral leader, within the Construction Company. This is intended to generate commitment, responsibility and sense of belonging by the team members, who guide their efforts to achieve successful projects.
