| Summary: | An improvement plan is carried out in which a series of activities are structured which aim to improve compliance with the requirements of the Colombian standard on occupational health and safety, this allows identifying those responsible and the activities to be carried out in periods of time established by the authors of the work. After this, the awareness and training program of the staff is drawn up so that they become aware and see the importance of implementing the SG-SST in the company. In addition to the aforementioned, the documentary structure and functions manual of the employees are prepared to provide continuous improvement of the organization's processes. |
