Summary:When we speak of ethics, we are referring to the art of observing the development of a social being, from the values and principles built up to their fulfilment in the social circle that develops. Now, in the continuous evolution of ethics from the corporate side, this shows that this being in the work action, management and social applicability. That is why we will take into account the behavioral axis of application in this work of personal and human reflection from the self to the collective, adding ethics as that value in the vision of sharing in a business world, from an internal organization, of qualification, obtaining benefits when growing as a being, as a professional and as an interactive of a society. Corporate ethics deals with the study of normative questions of a moral nature that arise in the business world, taking into account business management, the organization of a corporation, conduct in the market, commercial decisions, among others.
