Summary:This research work will be carried out in the Ministry of ICT. The entity has a level of absenteeism that is affecting the performance, productivity and lives of employees in it. The interpretation is focused on the direct relationship, which exists between absenteeism and employee job satisfaction. It identifies workers' satisfaction with the working climate, salary, attitude to absenteeism, working conditions and psychosocial factors. That is, they can observe the causes and circumstances of the levels of absenteeism. Occupational motivation levels will be measured to demonstrate job retention.
