Summary:The companies are immersed in a modern and internationalized environment in which changes are increasingly drastic and accelerated, changes that force decisions to be made more quickly without ceasing to be effective. When there is a high level of centralization at the level of organizations, the decisions that are made may not be the most appropriate, as all will be governed according to the life experience and the character acquired by the company's owner and collaborators that have participation in the decision-making process thanks to the influence of national values.
