Summary: | This document aims to demonstrate the importance of neurolinguistic Programming and competitiveness in organizations, due to the process of globalization in national and international markets and the importance of developing human talent in them. To begin with, an analysis of the studies done on neurolinguistic programming in organizations was carried out, since it has been a very useful tool in the process of managing a team of people, due to the use of actions that trust the receptor in close proximity. In fact, since the 1970s when neuro-linguistic programming was released, a series of theories and studies have been generated that allow us to learn more about this technique and use it in organizations. Due to its great importance it is successful to improve interpersonal relationships, improve confidence, and additionally, it allows personal development and is applied to reduce stressful situations. neurolinguistic Programming is based on a series of postulates that cause problem solutions to be produced, perceiving the beneficial side of the situation, the cognitive triad indicates that what we do, our mind and our body are one system. The experience has a structure already defined in our brain, if the experience changes, the way of seeing things changes, that is, the structure. However, the map is not the territory: each person has a different way of perceiving their environment, this postulate is derived from the principle of homeostasis, according to which people seek a state of balance, and people are usually close to others to do not feel alone, even if it is a negative company. People can generate changes in their lives, only a part of the skills and abilities they have are used, failure does not exist, it must be seen as learning for the next occasion, this changes the vision of life, all challenges are more difficult to be seen, if done step by step, it can be successfully achieved. |
