Summary:Every company is first of all a human organization; It is undeniable that organizations need to focus their efforts on cultivating and promoting the initiative, adaptability and loyalty of their collaborators in search of sustainability and permanence in the markets. Although the State has generated laws that protect the employee and are aimed at formalizing the work, the construction companies are faced day to day, to levels of absenteeism, rotation and abandonment of the job, situations that affect in a negative way the value chain; that is why it is urgent for business managers to include as a priority, the implementation of tools that promote the good selection, retention and loyalty of human talent.
