Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión integrado bajo las normas ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018 para la empresa Experticia Potencial Humano EU

This document presents a proposal for implementation plan for an Integrated Management System under the standards ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018, a study conducted for the human management processes consulting company Experticia Potencial Humano EU. The stages of realization of this proposal consist of three steps that will fulfill the general purpose of the case study. The first of these consists in identifying through a diagnosis, the situation of the company against compliance with the requirements of the standards mentioned above. As next step, an analysis is performed on the results found in the diagnosis and a specific activity plan for the organization is proposed, in order to comply with the requirements established by each standard and reinforce the actions that the company currently executes; finally, a benefit-cost analysis is developed which provides an approximate measure of the relationship between the costs of proposal design and implementation and its benefits, whose purpose is to give a clear vision to the organization for decision making regarding the viability of the implementation of the Integrated Management System. The study in question aims to provide the organization with clarity about the methods to be used, facilitating the beginning of the planning stage of the Integrated Management System and promoting organizational development.
