Implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en los requisitos de la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa Soluciones Omega S.A. En Mosquera, Cundinamarca

The main objective of the following graduate work was to implement the quality management system (S.G.C.) based on the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the company Soluciones Omega S.A. located in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. To start this implementation it was necessary to make an initial diagnosis that determined the degree of implementation of the system until December 2017 in a qualitative and quantitative way; At the beginning of 2013, the NTC-ISO 9001: 2008 standard began to be implemented in the company, where some of the procedures of each of the processes of the process map were documented, but it was never finished documenting all the required requirements. by the norm at that time. After establishing the degree of implementation, a PESTAL analysis was carried out to determine the external aspects that affect the sector of the production of milling products and maquilas services; It was finalized with a SWOT analysis where strategies were defined to face the weaknesses and threats found in the analysis.
