| Summary: | The purpose of this work is to develop a proposal for the implementation of a Occupational Safety and Health Management System based on the regulations in force in Colombia for the company CERÁMICAS GRANITO DE ORO LTDA., which is located at km 3.6 via mochuelo, and has as its main economic activity the manufacture of clay materials for construction. This proposal, begins with a diagnosis where first, an initial evaluation is carried out in which the Minimum Standards defined in Resolution 0312 of 2019 are evaluated, in order to know at what level of compliance with respect to the standard the organization is located; Second, we proceed to develop the Safe Work Analysis (ATS), considering the corresponding guidelines of the Occupational Risk Manager (ARL), which is affiliated with the organization, this being this Positive Insurance Company. And third, a DOFA matrix is developed, taking into account the aspects described above and evaluated in order to know the state in which the company is currently located. |
