| Summary: | The present work of degree was developed in the company Manufacturas Dissan S.A.S. located in the city of Bogotá D.C., during the second semester of 2018, where a proposal for technical restructuring was carried out administration, in order to assess the current state of the company and give solutions to the internal and external problems identified. He took carried out a diagnosis through which a PESTAL analysis was carried out, as well as the construction of the SWOT matrix, establishing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that must be evaluated and used by the company. Subsequently, Industrial Engineering tools were executed as diagrams, anthropometric study - ergonomic that will allow the company improve productivity, eliminating trips that maximize times of the process and generate significant delays in production, proposing a adequacy according to the jobs. |
