| Summary: | In this work is made a measurement of the impact on poverty reduction in Colombia, caused by effect of applying a selection strategy of state workers, so as to satisfy the technical needs and fulfills the obligations of state to ensure the right to work and improve the living conditions of the population. The results show that the impact of the proposed strategy is important in the short term, and would not require additions budget. In a year is posible achieve a reduction of between 0.66% and 1.65% of poverty measured by poverty line. |
