Description
Summary:Through a simulator specialized in nodal analysis, pipes 1 y 11 were modelled from the clusters to the CPF-2, considering information of operational parameters in order to know the distribution of fluids between the pipes, presenting different cases, the pipes are connected by a loop type connection that regulates the flow of the fluid through a valve. The first case will be the current condition of the pipe, the second case the percentage of valve opening is varied by a more efficient, in the third case an alternative configuration was proposed to give an efficient distribution of fluids between the pipes. With the results of the different simulations, it was evaluated the best case in which a better fluid distribution is evident and the main pipe packing is avoided as the fluid progresses. The most optimal scenario is the current assembly with 25% valve opening in the first choke and 25% in the second choke, this is because a better pressure distribution is achieved First choke ∆P=1.94 psig and Second choke ∆P=2.46 psig and also a better distribution of Flow, allowing 37840.77 STB/D to go down the Troncal 1 and 74677.9 STB/D for the Troncal 11, and the second choke allows 93673.91 STB/D for The Troncal 1 and 68398.32 STB/D for the Troncal 11 , these pressure and flow values allow to see a more optimal and equitable distribution of fluid in the collection system.
