Summary:This project was based on the development of a graphical interface tool, created with the purpose of speeding up the corresponding calculations to determine the hydrodynamic behavior of a hybrid bioreactor and other reactor configurations, thus knowing their type of flow (Plug flow or Complete mixture), all based on data obtained experimentally using the tracer test method that, together with its mathematical procedures, are detailed in detail by Octave Levenspiel in his book "Tracer technology, Modeling the flow of fluids, fluid mechanism and its applications". The experimental part of this research project was carried out in the laboratories of the Antonio Nariño University (UAN), beginning with the construction of the hybrid bioreactor, which was born with the intention of creating a type of bioreactor that is capable of degrading a higher concentration of organic load present in the food of this.
