Through an analysis and inventory we are located in the department of Sopo, for the development of a partial plan that contributes to the urban, economic, social and cultural development of the municipality. Action units linked to the current operation of the municipality are generated, taking as an architectural project development, located in the industrial agro-nucleus, which seeks to strengthen the reuse of dairy waste and in the same way contribute to the environmental impact they generate.A partir del análisis de la región sabana centro se encuentra una serie de problemáticas ambientales sociales y económicas en el departamento de Cundinamarca, por tal motivo se interviene por medio de un plan maestro basado en la conectividad, protección, conservación y desarrollo económico. A través de un análisis e inventario nos ubicamos en el departamento de Sopo, para el desarrollo de un plan parcial que contribuya con el desarrollo urbano, económico, social y cultural del municipio.
