Description
Summary:A release agent was developed through the elaboration of emulsions based on raw soybean vegetable oils and used oil at the laboratory level, which can be applied and facilitate the removal of the forms used in the construction industry and thus form walls, plates or columns. According to the results of the experimental development, esterlac SSL and polysorbate 60 are the emulsifiers that offer a stability time greater than 60 minutes when they are added in a concentration of 2% pure. This time could be increased and exceeded to 120 minutes by making a mixture of emulsifiers in a mass proportion of 80% esterlac SSL and 20% polysorbate 60. It could also be determined that at a concentration of 1.5% of emulsifier, added pure or when mixed in the same mass proportion as indicated, it is the minimum concentration that allows to occupy the spaces given in the oil-water interface to carry out the adsorption of the dispersion system. The temperature that favored the dispersion system was between 40 to 55 ° C, stirring of 500 rpm and retention time in the cooling system between 40 to 50 minutes.
