Summary:Within the framework of the District Development Plan 2020 -2024: A new social and environmental contract for Bogotá of the XXI Century, especially axis No. 1 "Generation of educational opportunities, health and culture for women, youth, children and adolescents" , the strategic commitment is aimed at launching a new social contract with equal opportunities in social, productive and political inclusion" through the program: Education for all: access and permanence with equity and emphasis on rural education and comprehensive training : more and better time in schools, which have the purpose of closing the gaps in access and permanence in the city that are manifested especially between territories in such a way that school permanence is favored from initial education to graduation, with pertinent and quality initial education defects within the framework of comprehensive care, in order to promote their development, through a flexible offer that takes into account the socioeconomic dynamics of families and caregivers, until the implementation of actions that reduce risk factors for dropping out and repeating school. Increase the quality of education, with the relevance of the single and full day, while reducing gaps of inequality that exist in the educational system.
