Summary:The present work aims to develop a pre-feasibility study from the legal, technical and financial perspective for the expansion of the hotel portfolio offered by Fenix ​​SAS entrepreneurs. The accommodation with which you want to expand the portfolio is glamping, which is a type of alternative accommodation that fuses the camping experience with the luxuries and comforts of a traditional hotel. The methodology that was carried out for the development of the work, has as its beginning the realization of a diagnosis of the environment that surrounds the project, internally and externally. Then the legal information was collected, where the requirements requested by the Anapoima mayor's office were taken into account, the regulations, the tax aspects -in these the government issued some reliefs to reactivate this sector- and the Colombian Technical Standard -the which defines the criteria for an establishment to be certified for quality. The technical study was continued, in which aspects such as the location of the glamping and the infrastructure and personnel requirements for the operation of the glamping were highlighted. As a result of the work, the NPV of the project is presented, $ 315,091,999, the internal rate of return, 28%, and the initial investment, $ 2,418,006,687, which should be made for the implementation and provision of the service.
