Summary: | For this case, the city of Tunja will be studied from 3 points of view: supply, education and the environment. According to what has been researched and analyzed, the diagnosis shows us strong problems, such as the lack of knowledge, progress and technological training in the area of agro-industry and livestock; deficit in the study index or technical or professional graduates; practices in agriculture with chemical products causing soil erosion; deficiency in wastewater management; inadequate management of solid waste, (the use is only 2.6% at present); cost overruns for the manufacturing dependency of the municipality and lack of strengthening of the regional peasant productive fabric, generating inequality and always protecting monopolistic practices. The lack of study, innovation and technological advances in the agro-industrial area in Colombia has become a problem based on the development of different eco-sustainable methodologies to improve soils, food, the environment and food, as well as human welfare These new technologies have provided innovations in certain areas, improving economic and human conditions. A new method of work is agroecology, which seeks the application of ecological concepts and principles in agro-ecosystems, to achieve a double sustainability, both in the area of work, and in local productive societies. |
