| Summary: | This document has as aim establish the rules that are applied to the biofuels in the trade between Mercosur and the European Union, this because this product is considered to be a new fuel doesn´t possess a totally established regulations, which should create a gap in terms of regulation trade, and this one has been one of the major difficulties inside the industry; each one of these groups has potential as producing high place and as importing of biofuels, therefore it becomes necessary to identify which is the current condition of the regulation and that measure is taking each one for the control of this product. For this there was realized a summary of documents and his later analysis, with this demonstrate the relation that exists between the rules of each one of these groups and the actions that each one carries out to improve this industry and to promote his market. |
