| Summary: | The present work seeks to expose the need to generate leadership, not only in the managerial and directive levels of an organization, but in all the collaborators that are part of it; This allows the objectives to be appropriate for all employees, and improves the work environment. To carry out the work, it is intended to prepare a bibliographic compilation of the different authors that highlight the importance of having managers and collaborators with good leadership and describe the current methodologies used in different companies, which are concerned with generating an empowerment of the vision and objectives of the company, in all the departments that comprise it.
