| Summary: | This project focuses on the development of a risk management plan, in the context of a pilot plant for chemical processes, the CEPIIS, whose fundamental objective is to guarantee the operational safety and integrity of the processes. The starting point consisted of a detailed review of the plant's processes and equipment, identifying critical areas susceptible to potential risks. In order to address this problem comprehensively, the What If, HAZOP and Bow Tie methodologies were implemented jointly. |
