| Summary: | This document presents the final report of the degree work entitled "Development of a proposal, at a theoretical level, for the biological treatment of wastewater in the dairy industry" whose main objective is to provide a theoretical proposal for the Biological treatment of wastewater generated in a dairy industry that allows compliance with current regulations. To start the development of this work, an extensive bibliographic search of different types of biological treatments applicable to this type of industry was carried out, which would allow having a good group of references to carry out a comparison. For the comparison between the bibliographical references obtained, specialized software was used to determine, through statistical analysis, the best option based on previously defined critical criteria for the situation presented. |
