| Summary: | The development of this graduation paper had a goal to make a restructuring technically administrative of the Mi Leidy’s bakery located Bogotá city, this being a small family business dedicated to the production and commercialize products of bakery, pastry and bollería products. For the development of graduation paper were used and applied various tools of industrial engineering through which starting from the recognition of the environment and the current conditions facing the small business, identify internal and external factors that may affect the performance of this. Whit the purpose to give depth to the subject it is necessary to recognize the current status of the company from visits to this, developed interviews and research regarding the current status of the sector, also the environment in which the company is located in order to generate developing to improve productive and administrative processes, from the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for create strategies to be carried out within the small business. |
