| Summary: | The present work aims to develop a proposal for the separation of a PVC sheet and a polyester layer at the laboratory level in CROYDON COLOMBIA S.A. Currently, the daily production is 6000 pairs of boots with 8% defective boots. This proposal aims to achieve optimal use of PVC from defective boots to avoid plugging that occurs in injectors due to contamination with polyester. During the development of this proposal, the process was selected by evaluating its advantages and disadvantages. Likewise, the washing method was selected because of its simplicity and because it involves less investment in energy, logistics and location. |
