| Summary: | When seeking to identify and apply planning tools in private buildings, it is clear that when it is directed to small companies such as the MERA PEÑA Society in this case, these vital processes are lacking, which are of fundamental importance for a project to develop in such a way. that it does not present delays in its programming or economic losses. That is to say that it is executed successfully. For this research, the HACIENDA JOSE MARIA project, located in the Municipality of Silvania - Cundinamarca, which was developed by the Society between 2013 and 2018, will be taken as a basis. In this, there were different programming problems and significant cost overruns, which showed a significant lack of planning processes from the beginning of the work. |
