| Summary: | The main purpose of this work is the creation of a software that integrates, guides and compiles the current technical regulations in Colombia in order to facilitate access, understanding and generate a knowledge transfer of the regulations that are being applied at the moment of execute the required activities and avoid future problems, thus contributing to a continuous improvement of the oil industry in Colombia. The exercise of the development of activities in the oil industry at the national level brings with it a series of parameters and legal requirements that must be met at the time of carrying out exploration and exploitation operations of conventional and non-conventional deposits in Colombia. In the development of these activities, different problems arise such as lack of knowledge, outdated or lack of compilation of current legal technical norms for carrying out exploration and exploitation operations in Colombia. |
