| Summary: | Supplying the current need for the housing deficit for people with limited resources has become a topic of national, departmental and regional interest, this deficit is due in part to the lack of land enabled for housing construction, with the regulation and adequate infrastructure and services. The municipality of Sopó is not the exception regarding the deficit of Social Interest Housing (VIS) and Priority Interest Housing (VIP), the land set aside in the municipality for the construction of housing is very expensive and the current regulations do not encourage or facilitates the construction of this type of housing. |
