Summary:This document presents a business plan for the export of Gulupa fruit to the city of Berlin, Germany. This, in order to identify export opportunities for the country that contribute to the diversification of the portfolio towards the agricultural sector, whose offer has great potential and, in addition, could take advantage of economic integration agreements that seek to strengthen trade relations with European Union. By one hand, this document adresses the technical parameters of the product which is pretended to be marketed, the characteristics of the market and the selection of the German consumer as an important customer in Europe and the world of natural products and exotic fruits. In addition, the client that will be responsible for marketing in Berlin and the competition for export will be evaluated. To determine the viability of a gulupa fruit exporting Project, it is necessary to determine process costs, both pre-operative and operational, the expenses that a company must incur for this activity, and the 5-year projection of the export taking into account the profit margin which will determine if it is a good business opportunity.
