Summary:This research aims to propose a business model for a construction firm, through the description of elements that form its identity such as operability, tangible and intangible resources, market share, and the core productivity components to establish a competitive, productive and profitable firm. In the first instance, there will be a qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of the current status of the firm, this to establish an action plan to improve all the areas of the firm, then the "Business Model Generation" methodology proposed by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur will be applied, to finally design a single and effective strategy to increase the added value of the firm in terms of productivity and market share that correspond to the requirements of the market.
