| Summary: | Logistical development is the key to the development of a region or country, but in Colombia the importance of it is still not conceived, especially of the distribution centers that are still considered wineries and not dynamic centers on which depends the level of service and customer satisfaction, it is for that reason that within the processes that in the distribution centers are developed importance of the clearance process as a high risk activity the client becomes a bottleneck for many organizations where errors that affect the profitability of organizations And due to this need a model was constructed which contemplates a great number of variables that allow to simulate and establish a margin of profitability expected for the organizations. |
