| Summary: | Through this work we intend to implement the Management and Security System and Health at work according to the guidelines established by Decree 1072 of 2015 ""Sole Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector"" in the Western Sales Company Ltda. Due to the concern shown by the company for maintaining good security work, improve working conditions, mitigate incidents and / or accidents to which workers are exposed and ensure compliance with legal regulations in force regarding labor safety. A proposal was developed that consisted of the following phases: the diagnosis allowed obtain evidence of the current conditions of the company with respect to the degree of compliance with Decree 1072 of 2015, followed by the preparation of the matrices belonging to the system, such as the legal matrix, which allowed identifying the rules, laws and decrees applicable to the organization and the hazard identification matrix and mitigation of risks where, through analysis, evaluation and monitoring, the risks and dangers in terms of security. This gave rise to the policy and objectives that guarantee the company's commitment to work well-being and compliance with the current legal regulations. Thanks to the Gantt diagram made in the improvement plan, the programming was of activities as well as the estimated time for its implementation including: training carried out for training and awareness programs, the structure documentary needed to control, identify and preserve the record of activities, management indicators that evaluated and identified opportunities for improvement and phases necessary to implement the system. |
