Summary:In the present monograph, an explanation of the complexity sciences will be made as non-linear dynamics focused on companies, but more specifically to the Department of Human Talent Management, allowing different perspectives of the authors who are familiar with the subject to be addressed and thus find the direct relationship that they have Human Talent with the sciences of complexity. Consequently, the aforementioned aspects will be studied from different points, addressing the most important of each and in order to invite the reader to inquire more about the subject since, as a planet, we are in a very conjunctural moment that requires of people, managers and companies give their best to create jobs and achieve social and business development.
