Summary:After the impact of the Covid-19 virus across the planet, more than one industry migrated all its face-to-face operations to 100% remote. The way of working, of finding talent and even of generating business changed completely since it was very well known that face-to-face was not necessary to achieve the results that were expected and on the contrary, it could migrate to remote saving costs, optimizing work, giving more flexibility to collaborators and allowing them to think globally. This work will show how technology is allowing companies to hire without geographical barriers, expand their operations to different countries and have multicultural talent in a legal, simple way and following the local regulations of countless countries. The size of the market for the future of work is enormous, so much so that some startups that base their operations on software as a service (Saas) have been generating a lot of traction and putting themselves in the sights of the largest investment funds in the world.
