Summary: | The design of the self-diagnosis tool that evaluates the degree of compliance with the management systems based on NTC ISO Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety at Work standards in conjunction with the technical requirements stablished to operate a full motion flight simulator, was done on the basis of the NTC ISO Quality Standards and the technical requirements aplicable to the flight simulators operation, keeping the high-level structure and the PDCA cycle. The application of the self-diagnosis tool, shows a 92% of compliance for the QA system and 91% of compliance for the technical requirements, which demostrates that the tool is perfectly adjustable to companies that require the evaluation of quality standards and technical requirements specific to their processes, allowing preventive improvement plans and not corrective ones as generally seen on quality assurance audits. |
