| Summary: | This document is a compendium of the knowledge acquired throughout the professional career of industrial engineering, to determine the feasibility of creating a company dedicated to the provision of coaching services for athletes with disabilities in the city of Bogotá. , DC, analyzing the environment, sector and subsector and then ruling the diagnosis and thereby continuing with the market, technical, administrative, legal - environmental and financial study. The result of the study indicated that the project is viable and profitable if sales of more than 183 services per year are reached, obtaining a profitability margin of 102%, thanks to its low variable costs and its nature as an intangible asset. |
