Summary: | E-commerce is a strategy that over time has helped companies to be closer to customers. Digital platforms such as Uber, Airbnb and Rappi have evolved the way of doing business, facilitating people how they ask for an address, book a hotel and take a taxi. What this paper seeks is to use these strategies and take advantage of the financial and technological impulse that the tourism sector is having to develop a digital platform that promotes ecological tourism in Colombia, facilitating the way of booking tourist destinations in less known places from Colombia. Through a business plan, it will be structured and evaluated if the project is viable or not. |
