Summary:This article entitled "Design of a digital tool for the construction of submarine pipelines for the transport of liquid hydrocarbons", exposes a tool consisting of two parts; the first part is focused on the design of the pipeline through a simplified analysis of an integrity management system and the second part to the stability of the pipeline under the practical standard DNV RP F109. These in order to be able to determine operational parameters to declare the pipeline as safe at an installation point or position.
