Summary:This work presents the development of a Project Office under the guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The evaluation of the level of maturity of the company resulted in a Medium-Low level in the direction of projects; Based on the above is taken as the best option the Office of Control projects, which is the most appropriate according to your needs. Finally, in the evaluation of the project, the PMO provides improvements within its organizational scheme, which is the best administrative and economically represented option in a saving of 10.59% per year.
