Impacto de las aplicaciones de transporte de pasajeros en Bogotá D.C. y su legalidad

In this work evidences the impact of passenger transport applications in Bogotá city, where a diagnosis of the transport sector is carried out at Colombia and Bogotá, in turn a brief description of it and the service, and the different types of passenger transport recognized in the national territory are differentiated. Subsequently, it is explained a normative study that governs the sector, based o these regulations, analysis is carried out that allows characterizing the legislation in force both at the national level and Bogotá, all this to have a better conceptualization of the current situation of this sector. Finally, an analysis of mobile applications for the transportation of passengers in the city of Bogotá will be carried out. Within this analysis, each of the parts involved and the way in which impact is generated are distinguised. Among the analyzes carried out show the applications as a mobility alternative that generates direct impact on various factor such as mobility, security, environment, among others. In addition to generating in terms of the digital economy, however, this topic that generates great controversy in the country.
