Description
Summary:This document seeks to study the current state of nanotechnology advancement that can participate in and optimize wastewater treatment, more specifically those discharges and effluents that come from the textile industry. Since the textile industry in Colombia is one of the most distinctive and traditional, being present for more than 100 years, in which important aspects of it have prevailed, such as the creation of diversity of internationally representative companies, government plans for the sector , ingenuity in various fields such as the academy, insertion in productive innovation programs and establishment of a world-class sector. In turn, in search of knowing the way in which nanotechnology can contribute to this industry, a study of the different variables that affect these effluents was carried out, with the aim of selecting those that represent greater importance when selecting a optimal water treatment method.
