| Summary: | This research seeks to identify improvement actions in critical Project Management processes that generate cost overruns in the Industrial Construction Company, through the implementation of the PMBOK methodology. It is driven to meet customer demands according to the budget allocated, within compliance levels and meeting the profit margin. This research traces three objectives, the first specifies from the PMBOK guidelines which are the critical processes, the second is oriented to analyze the management of Industrial de Construcciones projects to identify the critical processes and the third one to propose an improvement plan through an analysis Dofa. |
