| Summary: | This project seeks to implement the good practices of the standard NTC-ISO 31000: 2018 Risk Management in the organization Fundación Universidad de América for the processes involved in the certification of the standard NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 Quality management systems and NTC-ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational health and safety management systems. First, a diagnosis was made to know the fulfillment of the processes in reference to what is required by the NTC-ISO 31000: 2018 standard; With this analysis, the need to implement risk management under the methodology of the standard was identified, within this implementation plan it is specified that staff must be sensitized and trained in risk management. |
