Módulo de desarrollo técnico y capacitación del manejo artesanal de la marroquinería - Piedecuesta marroquinera

This urban and architectural project is based on the postulates of competitive development and globalization, which are driven by the competitiveness diamond program, Caribe - Santanderes de Microsoft. From this is born the study of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga comprising the municipalities of Bucaramanga, Girón, Floridablanca and Piedecuesta, taking the positive and negative determinants within the social, educational, industrial, commercial and institutional contexts to give solution and potentialize these aspects analyzed through an urban development plan which guarantees all the competitiveness and globalization commitments. Piedecuesta, Santander is the municipality chosen for its geographical position as it is the access to the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, counting on a mass transport system, this guaranteeing a floating mobility connection in the different municipalities, creating flexibility in labor and educational issues of this region, therefore this place is chosen to implement the partial circuit plan of competitive development of Piedecuesta, since it gives us the guarantees of potentializing the region in the necessary values to achieve the development and evolution objectives of the region.
